Goodyear Auto Service Center at 3594 New York 31, Baldwinsville, New York.

Went for an oil change on Saturday (been going there for years now). Picked up my car when it was done, sounded like it was going to die by the time I got to runnings on 31. Popped the hood, oil cap was laying on the engine, never even put back on. Engine was barely keeping up with itself. Took it back to Goodyear - apparently the service tech put a faulty oil filter in my Jeep and never thought about running the engine and checking for leaks, and never even put the oil cap back on. They didn't offer me a refund. Won't be going back - which is unfortunate because I have been a loyal customer for many years.
